Client Testimonial: "As Careline Manager for North Hertfordshire District Council I have overall responsibility for the commissioning of work associated with the Careline monitoring centre in Hitchin. This reference relates to work carried out in the design, project management, installation and commissioning of a temperature control system for NHDC Careline during August and September 2012. We sought advice from Jonathan Pike of LOOP AIR CONDITIONING LTD following a recommendation by a local air conditioner distributor. During a procurement process Jonathan was asked to provide a solution to the issue of high temperatures in two IT areas and a Call Centre environment. Jonathan was then asked to provide quotations for the works including supply, installation and ongoing service. During the process Jonathan provided a good level of feedback and communication.
